I am 80 years old and was a little afraid to get my hearing tested. I was greeted warmly when I arrived before my appointed time and was immediately taken back to the testing room by Dr. Jeff. He explained the procedure in great deal and made me feel comfortable.
After the testing, Dr. Jeff presented me with several options as the test revealed that I had a moderate to severe hearing loss. He was so kind and helpful and I decided to go ahead with the hearing aids that he suggested.
The fitting procedure was easy and my new aids will be ready in approximately two weeks. Thanks to Dr. Jeff and his kind and careful way he treated me, I will be able to hear again! Thank you Dr. Jeff.

I have already written a post about Audiology Associates, but I am happy to write this one as well. They are a wonderful group of doctors and staff. My wife and I have been going there for quite some time now, and we wouldn't go anywhere else. They are thorough. If you have need of hearing aids, they will patiently go over many different options with you and explain the positives and negatives about each.
Once you select a hearing aid or hearing aids that are right for you, they do followups to make sure the hearing aids are working well for you. If they need adjustment, they take care of that as well as cleaning the hearing aids and supplying new tips. Wait times at their office are more than acceptable.
Every time we go, we feel like we are visiting family friends. We highly recommend them with total confidence.

Hi, Dr. Jeff,
I tried to leave a new review but it only took me to my original review. I just want to thank you for my new "ears" — it's amazing. I can hear my five dogs (who sleep in my bedroom at night) breathing. I now hear the birds chirping, the frogs, and the sound of my waterfall over my pond. I now have the TV sound down to 15, where before I had to have it at 45 to be able to hear and understand what they were saying. I really didn't know how much I wasn't hearing. It reminds me when I got my first pair of glasses and I realized the trees actually had individual leaves. What a difference this has made to my life, and worth every penny. Thank you again, Dr. Jeff, and I will see you on May 17 for my follow-up!
